Job Description:

Oversee Warehouse & Logistic Operations: This includes managing seller center performance, attribute management, online shipments, stock analysis, and payment reconciliation checks.
Competitor Intelligence on Drivers: Provide insights on updated driver policies from competitors for internal benchmarking and improved decision-making.
Social Media Seeding: Monitor daily sentiment, assist in seeding when necessary, and highlight key issues to relevant stakeholders.
Order Monitoring/ Onboarding Funnel: Assist with hourly order monitoring across all states. Additional headcount is necessary to support order monitoring, managing response IO to further improve onboarding funnel, especially with the aggressive new DAD and G2N target in 2026
Daily Merchant Issues: Escalate merchant-related issues to the merchant team if reported or highlighted on social media, in closed groups, or through direct reports from drivers.
DPC-Related Matters: Support front counter operations during manpower shortages and assist walk-in drivers with inquiries or complaints.
New Driver Activation: Verify Gear Free applications and conduct KYC analysis.
Analytical Tasks & Other Projects: Support internal analyses and projects within the ground team and other departments as needed. Work closely with the Ops Excellence team to test new enhancements on the ground.

Requirements:

At least 1-3 years of working experience in any related operations management background.
Able to work as an individual and also with the team.
Independent and flexible to take on new tasks.
Analytical skill would be an added advantage.
Familiarity in MS Excel and MS PowerPoint to analyze and translate trends and presentation.
Having exposure to E-commerce background is a plus point.
Excellent command of English and the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg Bahasa Melayu, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
