Associate / Senior Associate / Manager – Investment Data Management

The opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join our Consulting Financial services – Investment capability. This role is responsible for ensuring the governance, quality, and availability of investment data across enterprise platforms, supporting data integrity, compliance, and seamless operations. You will play a critical role in maintaining data lifecycle processes, operational excellence, and platform consistency across client's regional investment landscape.

Your key responsibilities:

Investment Data & Platform Management

• Manage setup and maintenance of portfolios and portfolio groups across platforms (Aladdin, Eagle)
• Maintain and validate security master data attributes across systems (e.g., Bloomberg, Aladdin)
• Ensure alignment, accuracy, and consistency of investment data across platforms

Data Quality & Governance

• Review and resolve discrepancies from data quality reports (e.g., Issuer Cleanup Reports
• Drive data governance standards and best practices across systems
• Ensure robust data controls, integrity, and compliance

Operational Excellence

• Support end-to-end investment data lifecycle management
• Improve processes, SOPs, and data workflows to enhance efficiency
• Contribute to automation, analytics, and continuous improvement initiatives

Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with regional teams including portfolio managers, operations, compliance, and finance
• Liaise with external platforms/vendors (e.g., Aladdin, BNY Mellon Eagle)
• Ensure clear, consistent communication to support business outcomes

Leadership (for Manager level)

• Lead and mentor a small team
• Drive strategic initiatives and align deliverables with business goals
• Champion innovation in data management practices

To qualify for the role, you must have

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Associate / Senior Associate: Fresh graduates or 1–2 years of relevant experience
• Manager: Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in investment data or asset management
• Familiarity with investment platforms such as Aladdin, Eagle, Bloomberg
• Strong Excel skills (data reconciliation, analysis)
• Knowledge of trade lifecycle, reference data, compliance, or investment operations is advantageous
