The Role
As an
Associate/Senior Associate, Social Commerce, you are the operator of Klook's Kreator community engine in SEA. You will turn creator and merchant relationships into commercial outcomes - using AI-powered workflows to scale onboarding, partnership management, and program operations across markets.
What You'll Do
Kreator Program Operations
- Co-own the day-to-day execution of Klook's flagship Kreator commerce programs, working closely with the regional lead
- Manage end-to-end Kreator onboarding, performance tracking, and ongoing relationship management with top-performing creators
- Identify operational gaps across the creator funnel and ship improvements in partnership with content, product, and growth counterparts
- Maintain program operations dashboards to ensure data is accurate and surfacing the right signals for the team to act on
Kreator Community Growth
- Support the design and rollout of community frameworks that grow Kreator participation, retention, and commercial output
- Translate community-level insights into actionable recommendations for program improvements
In-Destination Communities
- Build and manage local relationships with both Kreators and merchants to drive measurable commercial outcomes
- Develop a repeatable activation playbook - events, partnerships, content programs - that can scale across destinations
Merchant & Supply Coordination
- Coordinate with the Supply & Brand Partnerships function on merchant onboarding, inventory commitments, and exclusive deals tied to creator activations
- Support campaign-level supply pitches: package creator and merchant inputs into compelling commercial proposals
- Track and report on merchant-side metrics - funded inventory value, commission contribution, partnership renewal rates
What You'll Need
- At least 2 years of experience in creator/influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, or community management - ideally in a fast-paced e-commerce, marketplace, or platform business
- Hands-on experience managing creator and/or merchant relationships
- Comfort with zero-to-one work: you can scope, build, and ship without a full playbook handed to you
- Strong analytical skills: confident in spreadsheets and dashboards, and able to turn data into decisions
- Experience working with AI-assisted tools or willingness to learn quickly: you are comfortable reviewing and refining AI-generated outputs rather than starting everything from scratch
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams across markets, stakeholders, and seniority levels
- Fluency in English
Bonus If You Have
- Experience scaling a creator program or affiliate network with measurable commercial outcomes
- Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow tools - you have experimented with using AI to speed up partnership operations or analysis
- Background in a regional or multi-market role where you had to navigate different operating models and local market dynamics
If you thrive at the intersection of creators, commerce, and operations - and want to be part of a team redefining how social commerce gets done - we want to hear from you.
