Associate Senior Manager - Retail Planning

Forward-looking research on retail markets to delivers insights on future trends. Plan and formulate the concept and positioning of the development of new shopping mall and provide solution to maximize retail space efficiency.

1. Study and review architect drawing on layout design, public facilities / amenities, M&E provision and structural design.

2.Liaising with project team about the feasibility of the proposed shopping mall and its limitation.

3. Study and analyze the surrounding development of the new shopping and providing in-depth analysis and to formulate the suitable concept and trade mix for the new shopping mall to fit entire mall positioning.

4. Formulate and develop the projected rental to meet the investment budget for the new shopping mall.

5. Review Leasing, Planning & Implementation schedule.

6. Knowledgeable of the market trend and constantly conduct market research and feasibility studies to identify new opportunities that will create value to the future project.

7. To identify the potential lease area for future asset enhancement

Requirements

1. Minimum Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing, Property Development / Real Estate Management or equivalent.

2. Minimum 5 years experience in retail planning & consulting, property management, and shopping mall environment involvement in asset enhancement.

3. Understand and practice in market research on shopping malls in order to keep abreast of retail property developments, retail demands in the market. Maintain awareness of local market conditions and trends.

4. Knowledgeable in reviewing shopping mall concept, reassess market positioning and advice on maximizing values.

5. Sound understanding of the building design and layout of Shopping Mall.

6. Knowledgeable in rental evaluation and projection.

7. Presentable, good analytical and interpersonal skills and able to communicate effectively.

8. Strong leadership and a team player with good management skills.
