Iron Mountain is seeking a high-energy, resilient, and deeply motivated Enterprise Account Specialist to join our Commercial Sales team in Malaysia.

In this role, you won't just be managing accounts—you will be an active market hunter. You will focus entirely on aggressive market penetration, breaking into net-new corporate accounts, and establishing Iron Mountain's digital and physical solution footprint across Malaysia. We will teach you our solutions; you just need to bring the fire to win.
What You'll Do
- Pure Outbound Hunting: Roll up your sleeves to actively prospect, cold-call, network, and leverage digital tools (like LinkedIn) to break into net-new enterprise accounts and secure new corporate logos.
- Activity-Driven Pipeline Generation: Maintain a high volume of weekly outreach activities to build a healthy pipeline from scratch.
- Consultative Discovery: Learn to assess diverse customer business models, ask sharp questions, and identify operational pain points that Iron Mountain solutions can solve.
- Pitch & Present: Confidently present Iron Mountain's value proposition to managers, directors, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Deal Execution: Support and drive the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial cold touch to proposal submission and closing, with guidance from senior leadership.
What You'll Bring

- Experience: 2+ years of professional sales experience (B2B, tech, logistics, or high-volume telesales/inside sales preferred), with a clear focus on outbound prospecting or cold business acquisition.
- Unstoppable Drive & Determination: A proven track record of overcoming rejection, bouncing back quickly, and staying relentlessly motivated to hit targets.
- High Confidence & Communication: Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the confidence to pitch to senior corporate professionals.
- Hunger to Learn: A coachable mindset with a high curiosity for technology, digital transformation, and modern solution-selling methodologies.
- Tech-Savvy Discipline: Highly organized, with the discipline to log daily activities and manage a pipeline using a CRM (Salesforce experience is a plus, but not required).
- Education: A College Degree or equivalent real-world commercial experience.
