Key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the bank's benefits and medical management programs.
Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, wellness programs, and other related benefits.
Additionally, the Associate will help ensure the compliance and efficient administration of these programs, providing support to employees and other stakeholders, HR, Finance, IT etc
Key Responsibilities
Benefits Administration:
Assist in the management and coordination of rewards and benefits rollouts
Update approved terms in the Employee Handbook from time to time
Assist in the preparation of employment terms for contract employees
Support Global Mobility initiatives, including preparation of secondment and repatriation terms for expatriates
Assist in organizing health events to support employee wellness initiatives
Support rewards and compensation projects, including but not limited to annual increment and bonus exercises
Undertake other projects as assigned from time to time
Data Management And Reporting
Ensure the accuracy, integrity, and accessibility of healthcare and benefits-related data to support operational efficiency and informed decision-making
Analyze trends and prepare surveys for data collection and consolidation
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to enhance data systems, streamline reporting processes, and translate complex data into actionable insights that drive policy improvements and optimize benefit delivery
Develop and manage annual surveys on benefits and service levels
Assist in preparing presentation decks for management based on data analysis and reporting requirements
Assist in preparation of communication announcement to employees
Compliance And Documentation
Assist in audits and reporting requirements related to benefits and medical management
Stay updated on changes in laws, regulations, and company policies to ensure ongoing compliance
Develop process flows and update policies and manuals for the unit
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or any related field.
Min. 1 year of experience in benefits administration, medical management, or a related HR function, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
Knowledge of employee benefits programs, healthcare plans, and medical management practices.
Previous experience in administrative support
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with employees and management.
High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
