GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION

  • Responsible to ensure stock records are maintained in an orderly and kept up-to-date at all time.
  • To ensure that runs are programmed and scheduled against availability of materials.
  • To schedule production to meet customers requirements.
  • To advise shipping personnel of schedule of production and readiness of each consignment for shipment to customer.
  • To prepare monthly sales forecast, scoreboard and weekly mini sheet.


To liaise with suppliers regarding market trends and monitor the supplier services.

What would your role look like
Reporting to the Manager, you will:

  • Produced weekly production schedules, created work order.
  • Produced packing schedules, created work order.
  • Track inventory levels and allocate product as needed.
  • Monitor movement of materials through purchasing, storage, production, andpacking, determining priorities and implementing strategies to reduce out of stock and over-stock issues.
  • Monitor and reporting outsource supply to fulfil shipment plan, including monitoring
    the WIP status.
  • Support Ansell SBN packing , promptly addressing & resolving production / packing issues , coordinating, recommending viable solution, effecting changes, compiling status & performance reports.


  • What you will bring:


    • Degree / Diploma in Business Administration or related disciplines, with 2 years of relevant working experience.
    • Candidate with SPM / SPMV qualification having 3 - 5 years of related working experience.
    • Good interpersonal and communication skill.
    • Able to work under tight schedule and minimum supervision.
    • Self-motivated, good communication, good negotiation skills and interpersonal skills.
    • Computer literate and good command of English.
    • Strong leadership qualities, self-motivated and able to take up new challenge.
    • Mature and analytical with strong leadership qualities and people management andinteractive skills.
    • Demand for accuracy and integrity while carry out task assigned.
    • Hardworking and careful.
    • Process good sense of responsibility
