Collaborate with business units to deliver analyses that inform business strategies and optimize processes.
Define, monitor, and report key performance metrics (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of improvement and automation initiatives.
Ensure data quality through cleaning, validation, and preprocessing to deliver reliable reports and dashboards.
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert to support daily operations, resolve process or system issues, and provide analytical guidance. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
Proficiency in SAS Enterprise, SQL, JIRA, PHP, MySQL, and HTML.
