About the Role

Over the past four years, we've focused on delivering a world-class returns experience for top e-commerce brands globally. Customer happiness sits at the core of everything we do at PostCo.

As a Strategy & Operations Associate, you'll sit at the intersection of product, operations, and customer insight. You'll help shape the future of PostCo by working closely with our retailers, surfacing feedback and trends, contributing to product decisions, and building systems that help us scale globally.

This role requires strong product thinking and technical curiosity, including the ability to build and automate workflows using AI tools such as n8n.

What You'll Do

• Develop first-principles strategies to support retailers across 20+ countries
• Support brands end-to-end, from onboarding and setup to troubleshooting and feature adoption
• Work closely with engineering to report, document, and reproduce bugs
• Surface insights and trends from customer feedback to inform product roadmap decisions
• Build models, workflows, and experiments using AI and automation tools (e.g. n8n)
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Partnerships, and other teams to help scale PostCo

Job Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a startup, partnerships, consulting, or investment banking role (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
• Fast learner with the ability to take on increasing responsibility quickly
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize information and turn ideas into action

Pay & Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is MYR 60,000 MYR 72,000. The final package will be determined during the interview process and may vary based on the candidate's experience, qualifications, and career level.
