Job Description

Job Scope:

  • Provide trust servicing insights and cater for clients existing and future funding requirements.
  • Ensure the transactions or businesses comply with internal and external regulatory framework/guidelines/policies/procedures.
  • Responsible for building relationships and networking with existing and new clients.
  • To grow a clientele base using internal referrals, clients referrals, marketing leads and self- generated leads, while maintaining a high standard of service quality and compliance in our industry.
  • Be proactive to update clients on important matters and events such as news, and newsletter that might affect the relationship.
  • To build and deepen client relationships and cross service based on clients needs.
  • To give presentations to clients and work partners.
  • Assist in carrying out servicing tasks to meet company objectives, milestones and timelines.
  • Share knowledge, skills and experience with team members to guide and assist team development.
  • Manages, acquires, grows, and deepens business partners relationships through effective relationship management and total financial solutions.
  • To give servicing presentations to clients and business partners.
  • Supports any ad hoc assignment.

Job Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree/Post-Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
  • Preferably manager specialized in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent. Those who have a network of high net worth and ultra-high net worth (UHNW) clientele will have a significant advantage.
  • At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia.
