Overview of the Role:
The Validation Associate is responsible for reviewing, verifying, and validating data, documents, or processes to ensure accuracy, compliance, and quality standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining operational integrity and supporting business functions through meticulous attention to detail and adherence to established guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform validation and verification of data, documents, or transactions according to company standards and procedures
- Identify discrepancies, errors, or inconsistencies and take appropriate corrective actions
- Ensure all validations are completed within defined timelines and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Maintain accurate records of validation activities and outcomes
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and improve validation processes
- Follow compliance, regulatory, and company policies during all validation activities
- Provide feedback on process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy
- Support audits by preparing necessary documentation and reports
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply (experience in validation, data entry, or QA is an advantage)
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
