Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Associate role based in WP. Kuala Lumpur at Y S LING & CO. (Advocates & Solicitors). The Associate will be responsible for tasks related to general civil litigation, corporate matters, real estate transactions, and legal agreements. The role involves working on a variety of cases spanning areas such as employment disputes, corporate governance, franchise law, and insurance matters.

Qualifications

• Legal research and writing skills
• Experience in civil and criminal litigation
• Knowledge of corporate law and conveyancing
• Ability to review and draft legal agreements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented and organized approach to work
• Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
