Responsibilities
- Provide operational leadership for outpatient clinics, ensuring smooth patient flow and optimal resource utilization.
- Foster data-driven decision-making by utilizing robust reporting, KPIs, and insights to enhance productivity and patient outcomes.
- Spearhead strategic initiatives and projects, including digital and technology transformations, achieving measurable results within deadlines.
- Promote system-level integration across workflows, platforms, and processes in collaboration with clinics and supporting functions.
- Cultivate and lead multidisciplinary teams, effectively engaging with stakeholders in both clinical and administrative roles.
- Oversee clinic cost management to ensure financial accountability, cost efficiencies, and alignment with organizational objectives.
Requirements
- Degree in related field, coupled with a minimum of 10 years of pertinent experience, including 5 years in team management.
- Demonstrated success in healthcare operations, specifically in outpatient settings, managing high patient volumes across multiple clinics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data insights into actionable operational and strategic enhancements.
- Proven experience in leading complex projects, particularly in technology or system implementations.
