Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Analyst with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience to join our team. This role is responsible for designing, configuring, and implementing SAP PP solutions that streamline production planning processes and support operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Development & Optimization
Develop innovative SAP PP application solutions to enhance production workflows and business operations.
Continuously optimize SAP PP configurations and improve process efficiency aligned with business goals.
Testing & Quality Assurance
Conduct thorough testing and validation of SAP PP applications to ensure accuracy, performance, and reliability.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues by identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions.
Requirements Gathering & Documentation
Work closely with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, logistics, procurement, and IT) to gather business requirements.
Translate functional needs into detailed technical specifications and documentation.
Training & End-User Support
Provide training, support, and documentation to end-users to ensure smooth adoption of SAP PP solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert for SAP PP and guide users through new functionalities or changes.
Continuous Improvement & Innovation
Proactively identify opportunities to improve business processes through SAP PP capabilities.
Stay current on SAP best practices and advancements, especially in PP and integrated modules.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SAP PP (Production Planning).
Proven experience in configuration, support, and enhancement of SAP PP module including:
Master Data Management (materials, work centers, routings, BOMs)
MRP (Material Requirements Planning)
Production Orders and Execution
Capacity Planning and Shop Floor Control
Strong understanding of SAP PP integration with MM, SD, and WM modules.
Experience in at least one full-cycle SAP implementation or system rollout.
Ability to develop functional and technical documentation.
Familiarity with ABAP debugging and collaboration with development teams.
