Responsibilities:
- Design, configure and optimize Jira Service Management workflows for Enterprise Service Management processes.
- Support the adaptation of accounting-related workflows and ensure that service requests are correctly routed into the relevant accounting processes.
- Analyze existing request and workflow structures and identify opportunities for standardization, optimization and automation.
- Translate business and process requirements into scalable workflow designs within Jira Service Management.
- Work closely with an experienced Germany-based subject matter expert and help scale the existing workflow know-how into the Malaysia delivery team.
- Support testing, documentation and quality assurance of workflow changes and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Experience with Jira Service Management administration and workflow configuration.
- Good understanding of workflow design, process modeling and service request handling.
- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into practical Jira Service Management solutions.
- Knowledge of automation concepts, workflow governance and process optimization is an advantage.
- Strong analytical skills and a structured way of working.
- Good written and spoken English skills for collaboration in an international delivery setup.
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering high-quality solutions.
