About the Role
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Audiologist to join our team. In this role, you will play an essential part in helping individuals reconnect with the world of sound through professional hearing assessments, personalised consultations, and tailored hearing solutions. You will work closely with clients, hospitals, and welfare agencies while contributing to both clinical excellence and community outreach initiatives. This role is ideal for someone with relevant experience who is passionate about delivering high-quality audiological care and building meaningful patient relationships.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct hearing screenings, diagnostic tests, and consultations on hearing loss prevention and management
- Recommend and fit hearing aids, and provide post-fitting follow-ups to ensure optimal outcomes
- Guide clients on the latest hearing aid technologies and solutions
- Provide cleaning, troubleshooting, and aftercare services for hearing aids
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, reports, and fitting databases
- Monitor and manage inventory of hearing aids, ear moulds, and related accessories
- Liaise with hospitals and welfare agencies for order coordination, product updates, and training
- Support public hearing screening events, exhibitions, and outreach programmes
- Contribute to outlet performance and assist with customer care support when required
What We're Looking For
- Recognised Degree in Audiology or equivalent
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in audiological services (for Senior Audiologist level)
- Strong knowledge in Good Distribution Practice for Medical Devices (GDPMD)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous, organised, and strong documentation abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
