Salary range: RM3,000 to RM4,000

Job Summary

The Audit Associate supports audit engagements by performing audit procedures, preparing working papers, and assisting in the evaluation of financial statements. This role is ideal for candidates building a strong foundation in external auditing.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing audit engagements in accordance with applicable auditing standards (MPERS and MFRS)

Perform audit testing on financial statements and transactions

Prepare audit working papers and documentation in a timely and accurate manner

Identify audit issues and communicate findings to senior team members

Assist in reviewing client accounting records and supporting schedules

Ensure compliance with firm methodologies, policies, and professional standards

Maintain effective communication with clients and audit teams

Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in accounting

02 years of audit or accounting experience (fresh graduates may be considered)

Basic knowledge of accounting principles and auditing standards

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting/audit software

Good written and verbal communication skills
