To handle more complex statutory auditing and accounting assignments independently.
Participate in client assignments from planning to completion, including executing audit procedures with minimal supervision and ensuring audit work papers are properly documented to support audit conclusions.
Guide and assist junior team members in preparing audit schedules and executing audit procedures.
Respond to review points raised by the superior within the stipulated timeframe.
Identify and compile issues, and collaborate with superiors to address and resolve them with clients.
Follow up diligently on outstanding issues and client deliverables.
Review active companies financial statements prepared by clients.
Undertake other assignments assigned by the superior from time to time.
Qualifications:
A Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Part-qualified or currently pursuing a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, ICAEW, MICPA, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of audit experience are encouraged to apply.
Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team, especially under tight deadlines.
Meticulous, well-organized, and capable of managing responsibilities with minimal supervision.
