Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and grow assigned business portfolio, targeting high-value clients.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure sustained value and loyalty.
  • Contribute to the firm's strategic growth by originating or playing a key role in securing new clients.
  • Shape and implement marketing strategies that are long-term, compelling, and market-focused.
  • Ensure audit engagements under your supervision meet high-quality standards and comply with professional and regulatory requirements.
  • Review engagement plans, key working papers, and reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Mentor and coach senior managers and audit managers to strengthen technical expertise and leadership skills.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance within the audit team.
  • Provide technical guidance to audit teams on complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters.
  • Drive the firm's competitiveness by strengthening and diversifying the client base.
  • Undertake a formal performance appraisal process annually, including identifying development requirements.

Job Requirements

  • Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
  • Seven (7) years minimum experience in professional accountancy firm.
  • Sound understanding of financial reporting and auditing standards as well as provisions of other statutory regulations and requirements.
  • Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
  • Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills. Well-versed in relevant professional standards.
