Job Responsibilities

Develop and grow assigned business portfolio, targeting high-value clients.
Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships to ensure sustained value and loyalty.
Contribute to the firm's strategic growth by originating or playing a key role in securing new clients.
Shape and implement marketing strategies that are long-term, compelling, and market-focused.
Ensure audit engagements under your supervision meet high-quality standards and comply with professional and regulatory requirements.
Review engagement plans, key working papers, and reports to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
Mentor and coach senior managers and audit managers to strengthen technical expertise and leadership skills.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement, professional development, and high performance within the audit team.
Provide technical guidance to audit teams on complex accounting, auditing, and regulatory matters.
Drive the firm's competitiveness by strengthening and diversifying the client base.
Undertake a formal performance appraisal process annually, including identifying development requirements.

Job Requirements

Professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent.
Seven (7) years minimum experience in professional accountancy firm.
Sound understanding of financial reporting and auditing standards as well as provisions of other statutory regulations and requirements.
Proven experience in business development, client relationship management, and strategic planning.
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and people management skills. Well-versed in relevant professional standards.
