Position Overview
As an Audit Associate at AdrianYeo, you will assume a pivotal role in the execution of audit engagements, working closely with clients across various industries. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in ensuring accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and delivering valuable insights to our clients.
Position & Salary shall depend on past experience and qualifications. We are currently looking to hire experienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Execute audit engagements in adherence to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
- Prepare tax computation
- Prepare audited financial statements
- Self manage jobs assigned, ensure completion within time frame
- Provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship to junior audit staff, fostering their professional development and growth.
- Prepare comprehensive audit workpapers, findings, and reports, ensuring accuracy and alignment with audit methodology
Requirements
- Good command of written and spoken English
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- For experienced hire, we require relevant experience in the field of Audit
- Good technical knowledge in ISA, MFRS and MPERS
- Reasonable knowledge of company tax
- Reasonable knowledge of Companies Act 2016, and other law and regulations governing business entities in Malaysia
- Degree in Accounting / Finance
- CA(M) / ACCA / CPA preferrable but not compulsory
- Pleasant, presentable and have good communication skill
- Confident to deal with clients
