Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as an Auto Loan Consultant based in Kuching. The primary responsibilities include assisting customers with car loan applications, providing financial consulting tailored to their needs, and ensuring efficient processing of loan approvals. The role involves coordinating with the sales team, maintaining a high level of service quality, and ensuring all required documents are accurately prepared. Additionally, you will be tasked with meeting sales targets and building long-term relationships with clients.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in financial consulting, auto loans, and hire purchase processes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate and organized documentation
• Experience in sales or customer service, especially in auto financing, is an advantage
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM systems
• Ability to work independently, meet targets, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in English and Malay; additional languages are a plus
• Diploma or higher qualification in finance, business, or a related field
