We are seeking an Automation and Chatbot Specialist to join our dynamic team in Southeast Asia. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing automation solutions and developing chatbots to streamline business processes and enhance customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement automation scripts for various business processes.
• Create and manage chatbots to enhance customer engagement and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and improve workflows.
• Monitor and maintain existing automation solutions, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Analyze data and user feedback to continuously improve chatbot interactions and automation efficiency.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in automation development and chatbot implementation.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar.
• Experience with chatbot frameworks like Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, or Rasa.
• Familiarity with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar.
• Understanding of API integration and web services.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Knowledge of machine learning concepts is a plus.
