Requirements:

1. Test asset creation experience strategy, plan, etc.
2. Automation hands-on is a must. Should be able to understand UFT, and if he/she can participate in review, that is an additional benefit.
3. Performance test experience LRE experience with knowledge of industry practices.
4. SAP testing understand system architecture and integration (good to have).
5. Web + standalone apps.
