IT Automation Engineer
Location: Seremban, Malaysia
Job Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automation solutions to eliminate manual and repetitive tasks.
- Develop scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, and JavaScript.
- Implement automation and orchestration solutions using RPA platforms or similar tools.
- Integrate systems and applications via APIs.
- Monitor, log, and manage automated workflows with proper error handling.
- Optimize performance and ensure scalability of automation solutions.
- Apply security best practices including credential management and least-privilege access.
- Maintain automation documentation and lifecycle management.
Job Requirements
- Strong scripting and programming skills (PowerShell, Python, Bash, JavaScript).
- Experience with automation and orchestration tools (RPA preferred).
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with virtualization, containers, and cloud platforms.
- Familiarity with monitoring, alerting, and logging systems.
- Understanding of security fundamentals.
Experience using Git for version control.
