Role Overview

As a Senior Automation Tester, you will play a key role in driving the evolution of testing into a seamless, efficient, and continuous quality engineering function. You will serve as a trusted subject matter expert in automation, providing technical leadership, mentorship, and strategic input across teams and projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the transition of testing practices towards end-to-end, automated, and continuous quality engineering.
• Apply proven quality frameworks, tools, and methodologies to enhance accuracy, reliability, and testing integrity.
• Act as the SME for automation testing, offering guidance and expertise across initiatives.
• Provide mentorship and technical direction to foster strong team performance and knowledge growth.
• Influence project-level decisions, shaping approaches and outcomes across multiple teams.
• Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to align testing goals and deliverables with business objectives.
• Analyze and interpret test results, sharing actionable insights to drive continuous product quality improvements.
• Assess, adopt, and integrate new tools, frameworks, and technologies to improve testing efficiency and scalability.

Job Required Skills

• Extensive hands-on experience in Automated Testing, with strong proficiency across Web and API automation.
• Skilled in using tools such as:
• Playwright / Cypress / Selenium (or comparable frameworks)
• K6 / JMeter (or similar performance testing solutions)
• Solid background in:
• Applying engineering best practices and adhering to coding standards
• Creating well-structured test scenarios, cases, and execution approaches
• Designing effective testing strategies to elevate QA processes
• Required to work on 24/7 rotational shift.
