Key Responsibilities
- Develop, improve, and maintain automation equipment and systems
- Work on mechanical design, PLC programming, vision systems, or robotics
- Troubleshoot and optimize production performance and equipment reliability
- Support equipment setup, testing, and commissioning
- Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to support NPI activities
- Prepare technical documentation and support training when required
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical / Mechatronics / Electrical / Automation Engineering
- Fresh graduates (0–1 year) OR candidates with 3-5 years relevant experience
- Exposure to automation, manufacturing, or equipment engineering is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as PLC, vision systems, or CAD software is a plus
- Mandarin speaking (to collaborate with regional teams)
- Open to overseas exposure and dynamic work environments
