Job Summary

Responsible for formulating and executing automation strategies and roadmaps across manufacturing and business functions. This role will lead cross-functional automation initiatives, integrating robotics, PCBA, and logistics automation technologies. The position plays a critical role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving ROI, and supporting the company's digital transformation goals.


Key Responsibilitie

s1. Automation Strategy & Innovatio

  • nDevelop and lead the automation roadmap aligned with business objectives and future manufacturing trends
  • .Identify high-impact automation opportunities across operations and business processes
  • .Stay ahead of emerging automation technologies and provide strategic guidance to executive leadership

.2. Automation Development & Deploymen

  • tDefine technical solutions in robotic automation, PCBA automation, and logistics automation
  • .Oversee the implementation and integration of automation systems across departments
  • .Ensure automation solutions are scalable, efficient, and aligned with business needs

.3. Cross-Functional Collaboration & Project Managemen

  • tCollaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and prioritize initiatives based on ROI
  • .Partner with IT, operations, and engineering teams to ensure smooth system integration
  • .Lead change management initiatives to ensure adoption and cultural alignment

.4. People Leadership & Talent Developmen

  • tLead and mentor the automation team to ensure successful delivery of key initiatives
  • .Establish and maintain automation governance frameworks and best practices
  • .Build team capability through technical coaching and succession planning

.5. Performance & Optimizatio

  • nTrack performance metrics for automation initiatives, identify gaps, and drive continuous improvement
  • .Use data analytics to optimize automation output and maximize operational efficiency
