Deeply understand pharma clients business pain points and production processes. Lead the design of competitive end-to-end automation solutions including DCS, SCADA and PLC based on customer requirements.
Collaborate with the sales team in project bidding; be responsible for drafting and reviewing technical proposals, as well as clarifying technical solutions with clients.
Keep track of the latest automation trends in the pharmaceutical industry and competitor developments, and provide professional technical input for the company's product strategy and market positioning.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, with 3+ years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry or working for automation solution providers serving the pharmaceutical sector.
Proficient in at least one mainstream automation system.
Strong business communication skills; English as working language is preferred.
