Responsibilities
As an Automation Tester Analyst, you will:
- Execute and enhance the end-to-end quality engineering function with a strong focus on automation.
- Apply quality processes, automation tools, and methodologies to improve testing accuracy, control, and integrity.
- Design, develop, and implement automated test scripts for web, API, and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing where required, ensuring comprehensive test coverage.
- Manage system defects by identifying, tracking, and validating fixes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements and align strategies.
- Analyze test results and provide actionable insights to improve product performance.
- Actively participate in team discussions, providing solutions to testing challenges.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and methodologies to optimize testing efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members on automation testing best practices.
Required Skills & Expertise
- Expert proficiency in Automated Testing (Web, API, and Mobile).
- Strong experience with System Defect Management.
- Advanced proficiency in:
- Mobile Device/App Automation Testing.
- Mobile Testing & Mobile Application Testing.
- Manual Testing.
- Hands-on experience with tools such as:
- Playwright / Cypress / Selenium (or equivalent).
- K6 / JMeter (or equivalent for performance testing).
