Job Description
Role: Java/python Selenium Automation Tester,
primary skills : JavaScript, playwright, selenium, functional testing
Responsibilities:
- Create test strategy, test plans and test cases for projects managed through Agile development methodology.
- Design, develop and implement a scalable test automation framework and strategy using Selenium WebDriver.
- Monitoring the execution of the scripts.
- Troubleshooting issues that arise during the process.
- Providing documentation and reports on the test results.
- Develop scripts for Web Services and Rest Services.
- Develop automation scripts on web applications, web services and mobile applications.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proficient in Java Selenium automation testing.
- Proficient in Java coding language.
- 4+ years of experience in software Automation testing, with experience in Selenium.
- Experience in developing and implementing test plans and test cases.
- Experience in designing, creating and maintaining automation scripts.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Excellent technical documentation skills.
- Ability to generate reports from test results with minimal rework.
- Ability to troubleshoot script related issues.
- Ability to analyze existing scripts.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to review test scripts and results generated by other testers.
- Ability to learn new technologies and quickly adapt to new situations.
