Automation Tester(Playwright)

Job purpose:

• QA professional with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in manual and automated software testing.

• Strong experience building and maintaining test automation frameworks using Playwright.

• Experience with API testing and functional test automation for web and mobile applications.

• Practical, day-to-day experience using AI tools for QA testing - e.g. AI-assisted test case generation and AI-assisted Playwright scripting.

• Able to build and work with an AI test knowledge base - referencing existing test suites and application behaviour so AI-generated tests stay grounded and consistent.

• Understands techniques for reducing token usage and cost when generating test scripts with AI (scoped context, prompt design, chunking, caching).

• Able to understand business requirements and work with multiple stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that meet industry standards, with effective communication skills.
