Job Title: Automation Tester with LoadRunner

Location: Cyberjaya, Malaysia (Hybrid)

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Software Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong testing experience along with programming knowledge for test automation. Familiarity with tools such as TestSigma and Selenium is essential. The candidate should also have experience using testing management tools like qTest and working in an Agile environment. Additionally, the ability to develop LoadRunner (LR) scripts and conduct performance testing is required. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team are crucial for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Implement test automation using TestSigma and Selenium.
• Utilize testing management tools like qTest to track testing progress and results.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, to provide updates and collaborate with the development team.
• Develop LoadRunner scripts for performance testing and analyze performance metrics.
• Act as a quality gate for product deliveries by ensuring that all features meet quality standards before release.
• Collaborate with developers to identify and resolve defects and improve the overall quality of the product.
• Provide feedback on requirements and design specifications to enhance testability.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in software testing, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
• Strong programming knowledge for test automation (e.g., Java, Python, etc.).
• Experience with TestSigma and Selenium for automated testing.
• Familiarity with testing management tools, preferably qTest.
• Experience in developing LoadRunner scripts and conducting performance testing.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in a Scrum team.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative team player.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with other automation testing tools and performance testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
