Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in automobile financing, banking, or related financial services.
• Strong financial acumen with the ability to assess creditworthiness and business viability.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills with financial institutions and dealers.
• Problem-solving mindset, with the creativity to develop practical solutions to support both dealers and customers.
• Passion for the automotive industry and a customer-focused approach to delivering value.
