Automotive & EV Trainer

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging theoretical and practical training on Electric Vehicle (EV) technology and systems.

• Conduct hands-on workshops covering EV batteries, electric motors, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, maintenance, and safety practices.

• Evaluate trainee performance, monitor learning progress, and provide constructive feedback.

• Ensure training programmes are delivered in accordance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices.

• Support the development and continuous improvement of training materials and learning activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or higher qualification in Automotive Technology, Electric Vehicle Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and training facilitation skills.

• Practical experience in automotive or EV-related industries is preferred.

• EV certifications, technical qualifications, or industry-recognised credentials will be an added advantage.
