Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Automotive Service Advisor located in Kota Damansara. The Automotive Service Advisor will be responsible for overseeing vehicle maintenance and repair services, ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent customer service, and effective communication with clients and technicians. Daily tasks include scheduling service appointments, providing estimates, explaining repairs, and following up with customers.

Qualifications

• Able to work independent
• Vehicle Maintenance and Automotive Repair skills
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Effective Communication skills
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Proficiency with automotive software systems
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications are advantageous
