We are expanding to a new location in Kulai and looking for a Service Advisor to join our supportive and friendly team.

Job Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with service enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
- Record customer concerns accurately and prepare job sheets
- Explain recommended services, repair estimates, and obtain customer approval
- Coordinate with workshop technicians to ensure timely job completion
- Follow up with customers on vehicle status and service updates
- Prepare service invoices, warranty claims, and related documentation
- Ensure high customer satisfaction through excellent communication
- Maintain a clean and organized service reception area
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Automotive, Business, or related field (preferred)
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills (MS Office; training will be provided)
- Interest in the automotive field is an advantage
