We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a fast-growing, tech-driven M&A and private capital platform reshaping how SMEs and mid-market companies achieve breakthrough transaction outcomes across Southeast Asia. Operating as an innovative industry startup for the past 3 years, our client combines cutting-edge technology with seasoned deal expertise to match business owners with optimal strategic buyers and investors. As their transaction pipeline continues to accelerate, they are looking for a dynamic leader to jump into this fully remote role and spearhead their execution engine.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Live Transactions: Lead the end-to-end execution of mid-market M&A and capital-raising deals, navigating complex timelines from kickoff to a successful close.
  • Onboard Business Owners: Meet directly with ambitious sellers and founders to evaluate their transaction readiness and guide them smoothly onto our client's platform.
  • Orchestrate the Deal Ecosystem: Coordinate seamlessly between buyers, investors, legal advisers, and clients to smash bottlenecks and maintain strong transaction momentum.
  • Empower a High-Performing Team: Manage, mentor, and elevate a growing team of hungry analysts and associates while ensuring top-tier quality across all work products.
  • Shape the Platform's Future: Work hand-in-hand with our client's senior management to optimize internal workflows, scale the execution hub, and refine regional matching processes.

What We Are Looking For

  • Proven Dealmakers: 4 to 8 years of solid M&A execution experience with a clear, undeniable track record of completed/closed transactions.
  • Finance Pedigree: Deep roots in investment banking, corporate finance, private equity, corporate development, or a boutique M&A advisory house.
  • Natural Leadership Muscle: Direct experience supervising junior professionals, managing multiple live transaction streams simultaneously, and reviewing complex financial outputs.
  • SME & Mid-Market Fluency: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the emotional intelligence to connect with passionate business founders and high-net-worth investors alike.
  • A Startup Mindset: A proactive, project-managing self-starter who thrives in a remote environment, loves regional Southeast Asian exposure, and wants to build a team rather than just sit in a rigid corporate seat.
