Job Description:
3. Conduct refresher training whenever required
4. Deal with internal stakeholders, internal control functions, the regulators, external auditors, consultants and panet solicitors whenever necessary
5. Ensure compliance to Shariah and regulatory at all times.
Job Requirements:
a) Skills:
I. Leadership and project management skills
ii. Problem solving and decision-making skills
iii. Innovative and creative thinking
iv.Effective communication
v. Time management and effective delegation skills
vi. Computer literacy (word, excel, power point)
b) Knowledge & Qualification:
i. A bachelor's degree in any of the following relevant fields (Finance, Banking, Business Management, Economics).
ii.General knowledge on conventional and Islamic banking products and practices.
iii. Well versed with relevant regulations in Islamic Finance.
iv. Knowledge on sustainability, halal industry or social finance will be an added value.
c) Experience:
i. At least 5-8 years working experience in product management/development
