Responsible to support and execute adoption / implementation (with or without modification)/ maintenance of Maybank Ageas Holdings Berhad (MAHB) subsidiaries (legal entities) operational risk management frameworks, policies, guidelines/procedures, methodologies and reporting in alignment with the business objectives of Etiqa's vision and aspiration.
Operational risk management focuses on identification, assessment and evaluation of risks, and putting controls in place to reduce, avoid or transfer risks; monitoring and reporting of risks.
To support and execute the implementation and deployment of Operational Risk and Control Self Assessment (RCSA) within the organization its employees, customers, reputation, assets and interests of stakeholders (shareholders, regulators).
To support and execute the implementation of Operational Risk Indicators within the organization.
To support and execute the implementation of Operational Risk Incidents reporting within the organization.
To support strategies to promote risk aware culture, specifically in the understanding and application of the operational risk management framework, tools, policies and standards.
To support, execute and ensure Operational Risk Management Framework, Methodologies and Policies which, are in compliance with internal regulation and regulatory requirements.
To provide independent risk assessment on product proposal's system readiness and development
Assist in appointment of Operational Risk Officers (ORO) as well as provide consultation and guidance.
Assist in the area of Business Process Review for list of identified functions and scopes.
