About the Job
Main liaison for Regional Bancassurance and OCBC WMD in relation to Bancassurance product, initiatives, planning and management reporting.
- Key liaison between Great Eastern and Bank Partners with regards to Bancassurance product management, process improvement initiatives and management reporting.
- Construct and execute Bancassurance strategic planning which includes business development, products, operations and reporting.
- Oversee the end-to-end process of Bancassurance product management and sales process which involve conceptualization, development, actual implementation/launch and post launch review.
- Work closely with relevant stakeholders within the company in ensuring delivery of products and projects.
- Identify opportunities for Life Insurance product innovations through gathering feedback with business stakeholders and market research.
- Construct end to end sales campaigns or incentives to maximise Bancassurance productivity.
- Market research on competitors products involving competitive analysis, market trend and general industry information
- Maintains awareness of Bancassurance industry trends and overall economic environment to properly asses and take the necessary steps to achieve business growth.
- Ensure compliance of regulatory guidelines pertaining to new products development and sales process.
We are looking for people with
- Possess at least a Bachelor Degree and above in any discipline and/or related.
- FLMI or Diploma in MII would be an added advantage.
- At least 10 years of experience in life insurance industry in the area of Bancassurance business or product development.
- Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills; ability to drive and motivate staff.
- Possesses strong business acumen in delivering key projects and achieving new milestones for Bancassurance.
- Possesses strong Interpersonal skill and management in all dealings with relation to Bancassurance.
- High level of integrity, takes accountability of work and good attitude over teamwork.
- Takes initiative to improve current state of things and adaptable to embrace new changes.
