Primary Responsibilities
- Business-to-Tech Translation: Partner with regional business executives to capture, challenge, and refine operational workflows, converting complex business strategies into structured functional and non-functional engineering blueprints.
- Vendor & Offshore Governance: Oversee external consultancies and third-party delivery workstreams, validating that vendor-produced designs, code documentation, and analysis meet stringent internal quality and compliance benchmarks.
- Architecture Collaboration: Work hand-in-hand with Enterprise Architects and Software Engineering teams to design resilient, future-ready system integrations that eliminate business friction points.
- Project Value Engineering: Contribute to early-stage project definitions, risk profiling, and financial modeling (including ROI and internal rate of return analyses) to justify technology spend.
- Production Excellence: Provide high-level functional escalation support and analytical insights to application maintenance teams to drive continuous stability and service enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Competencie
- sBackground: A university degree in a technical field (Computer Science, Engineering, or an IT-related discipline) paired with a minimum of 6 years of progressive banking technology experience
- .Domain Expertise: Deep technical familiarity with automated loan origination platforms, corporate lending products, and wholesale credit operations
- .Solution Engineering: Hands-on experience leading business process re-engineering (BPR) initiatives and defining modern application integration patterns
- .Stakeholder & Vendor Mastery: Exceptional relationship management skills with a proven track record of managing cross-functional steering committees and offshore vendor delivery squads
