Deliver hands‑on technical support for Kubernetes and Terraform, resolving deployment issues and ensuring smooth container orchestration within AWS environments
Perform root cause analysis for complex and escalated incidents, implementing effective and permanent solutions using AWS EKS and CloudFormation
Collaborate closely with team members to enhance knowledge base articles, improving documentation for Linux and AWS services
Independently manage and resolve support tickets within agreed SLAs, leveraging scripts and automation tools to boost efficiency and response times
Support onboarding and knowledge sharing by guiding new analysts and promoting best practices in cloud operations and support
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
5 to 6 years strong hands‑on expertise in Kubernetes and Terraform for container management and Infrastructure as Code
Solid understanding of AWS PaaS services and Amazon EKS for deploying and managing cloud applications
Practical experience with Linux systems and shell scripting for automation and operational tasks
Proven ability to use AWS CloudFormation for infrastructure provisioning, deployment, and lifecycle management
