JOB PURPOSE
Develop and executes type course training program and carry out training administration task related to the organisation internally and externally.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Responsible for the conduct of theoretical and practical instructional duties to trainees for which he/she qualified.
- Responsible for the development and update of training material.
- Responsible to maintain classrooms and workshops in conducive atmosphere for learning with particular emphasize to the syllabus needs.
- Responsible for the Records trainees daily attendance.
- Responsible for assisting the Training Manager in the preparation of curriculum.
- Observes and enforces BMM regulations pertaining to trainees conduct and discipline.
- Responsible to make sure that all training aids and components are maintained in serviceable conditions at all times.
- Responsible for carrying out appropriate corrective action, where instructed, to clear NON compliances raised in the Training Department.
- To perform other tasks and duties as assigned by the management from time to time.
QUALIFICATIONS
- B2 CAAM License
- Minimum 5 years certifying experience in line or base maintenance.
- Good in oral communication, reasoning, has fluency of ideas and speech clarity as well as problem sensitivity.
- Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff.
- Ability to work well with external parties related to the organization business activities.
