About Batik Boutique

Batik Boutique is an award-winning B Corp and social enterprise creating sustainable impact through artisan-made products. We partner with leading corporations, government agencies and multinational companies to deliver premium corporate gifts, apparel and custom merchandise while empowering artisans and strengthening communities across Malaysia.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced B2B Sales & Account Manager to lead our corporate sales function and help grow our impact through meaningful partnerships with organisations across Malaysia and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth

  • Generate new corporate leads through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and LinkedIn.
  • Manage and convert inbound enquiries.
  • Build relationships with HR, Marketing, CSR, Procurement and Executive decision makers.
  • Prepare quotations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close sales.
  • Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Account Management

  • Maintain long-term relationships and identify repeat business opportunities.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups after project completion.
  • Resolve customer issues quickly and professionally.

Team Leadership

  • Manage one or more Sales Executives to meet company KPIs.
  • Coach and review performance to ensure they meet expectations.
  • Ensure CRM software is maintained completely and SOPs followed.

Project Coordination

  • Coordinate internally to ensure projects are delivered on time and within specification.

Strategy & Business Development

  • Identify new market opportunities.
  • Attend networking events.
  • Develop partnerships.
  • Suggest improvements to products and sales processes.
  • Recommend pricing and promotional strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years B2B sales experience.
  • Experience selling to corporate customers.
  • Experience managing staff.
  • Excellent English.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Able to attend networking events.
  • Comfortable presenting to senior executives.
