With pickleball booming across the country and internationally, we're expanding our reach and looking for a high-energy B2B Sales/AccountsManager to help us serve clubs, retailers, and pros across the Malaysian market.
What You'll Do
As a sales/account manager, you'll drive B2B sales growth by connecting with pickleball clubs, specialty stores, and coaching professionals. This role combines new business development with strategic account management in a fast-growing pickleball market.
Your Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and onboard new B2B accounts (retailers, clubs, distributors, facilities)
- Manage and grow existing accounts to maximize revenue and long-term partnerships
- Execute strategy to increase sell-through, repeat orders, and partner loyalty
- Submit regular sales reports against KPIs (weekly, monthly, quarterly)
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and volume agreements
- Promote Selkirk's product lines, programs, and promotions to key stakeholders
- Build trusted relationships with partners and ensure exceptional customer service
- Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline with accurate forecasting in CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and operations on launches, promotions, and inventory planning
- Represent the brand at trade shows, events, and industry meetings
- Form/train a team that is capable of independently expanding across the country/region with objective goals and implementation strategies
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 5+ years of B2B or wholesale sales experience (ideally in sports/retail)
- Strong networking with key industry stakeholders/businesses
- Excellent communication, follow-up, and organizational skills
- Proficiency in English is required (Chinese and Malay would be added value)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Goal-oriented, resilient and driven by results
- Sports/active lifestyle industry a plus
- Passion for pickleball or racquet sportsplayers and fans welcome!
- CRM proficiency preferred
