B2B Sales and Digital Marketing - (Work in Malaysia)

Description

We are seeking a motivated B2B Sales and Digital Marketing professional to join our team in Malaysia. This role will focus on driving sales growth and developing effective digital marketing strategies to attract and retain clients in the Southeast Asia region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective B2B sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Southeast Asia market.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand their needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted digital marketing campaigns that align with sales objectives.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to inform decision-making and strategy adjustments.
• Attend industry events and networking opportunities to represent the company and generate leads.

Skills and Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales and digital marketing, preferably in the Southeast Asia region.
• Proficient in using digital marketing tools and platforms such as FB Ads, social media advertising, and email marketing software.
• Strong analytical skills to assess campaign performance and market trends.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools.
• A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.

Must relocate and Work in Malaysia

Provide 1 way flight ticket & 14 days of hotel stay

VISA and Work Permit in Malaysia is fully Sponsored.

Salary: Rm5000 (Basic) + RM1800 KPI (20% Monthly)

Must be able to Speak Excellent English as need to support New Zealand / Australia Market

Shift time: 6am-3pm & 7am-4pm (Follows Malaysian Time)
