About Fiskor

Fiskor is a growing Malaysian snack brand focused on modernising traditional keropok lekor into a convenient, ready-to-eat snack. We are looking for a driven and hands-on B2B Sales Executive to grow our presence across retail, distributor, convenience, supermarket, and other trade channels.

Role Overview

This role is ideal for someone who is strong in field sales, customer follow-up, merchandising, and account servicing. You will be responsible for building relationships with customers, securing purchase orders, maintaining outlet execution, and driving repeat sales.

Your job is simple: open accounts, follow up consistently, make sure products are visible and stocked, and help bring revenue into the company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B sales opportunities across retail, distributors, convenience stores, supermarkets, gift shops, vending, pantry suppliers, and related channels
  • Present Fiskor products, pricing, promotions, and new launches to potential customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and distributors
  • Follow up on leads, quotations, and customer discussions to convert into confirmed orders
  • Chase purchase orders and support reorder follow-up to drive monthly sales growth
  • Visit outlets regularly to check stock level, shelf presence, display condition, product arrangement, cleanliness, and expiry
  • Ensure products are well displayed, available on shelf, and retail-ready
  • Monitor out-of-stock situations and push for replenishment
  • Gather market feedback, competitor updates, and customer insights from the ground
  • Submit regular visit reports, account updates, and sales pipeline progress
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered smoothly
  • Support promotional activities, roadshows, sampling, or merchandising execution when needed

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in FMCG sales, merchandising, field sales, distributor sales, general trade, or modern trade is an advantage
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills
  • Comfortable with field work, outlet visits, and customer meetings
  • Result-driven, proactive, and disciplined in execution
  • Able to work independently and manage assigned territory/accounts
  • Basic skills in Excel / Google Sheets / reporting
  • Must possess own transport and be willing to travel
