Role Description This is a full-time, on-site B2B Sales role based in Petaling Jaya. The B2B Sales team member identifies and qualifies prospective business clients, conducts sales presentations, and manages the full sales cycle from initial contact through closing. Daily responsibilities include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, handling inquiries, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up on leads to meet or exceed sales targets. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to align offerings with client needs, updating sales reports and CRM records, and participating in product or service training to stay current on features and benefits. The individual is expected to provide professional customer service, represent the company at meetings or events, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales processes.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication skills, including clear presentation, negotiation, and the ability to build rapport with business clients.
  • Customer Service skills to manage client expectations, respond to inquiries, and maintain long-term relationships.
  • Proven Sales skills in B2B environments, with experience in prospecting, pipeline management, and closing deals.
  • Sales Management and Training skills to help plan targets, guide team efforts, and support knowledge-sharing within the sales group.
  • Experience in using CRM systems and basic office productivity tools (e.g., spreadsheets, slide presentations) for sales reporting and planning.
  • Ability to work on-site in Petaling Jaya, manage multiple accounts, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Prior B2B or corporate sales experience is preferred; experience in related industries is an advantage.
  • Relevant diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial; equivalent practical experience will be considered.
