We're looking for motivated
B2B Sales Representatives to help introduce Bossjob to businesses in Malaysia!
In this role, you'll play a key part in expanding Bossjob's presence within the recruitment industry.
This is a freelance, fully commission-based role with no fixed salary, offering the flexibility to work remotely or in the field.
What You'll Do
- Reach out to companies, business owners, HR teams, and recruiters in Malaysia.
- Introduce Bossjob and highlight how our platform supports businesses with their hiring needs.
- Identify potential employers and build relationships with decision-makers.
- Guide employers through the account registration and onboarding process.
- Work towards employer acquisition goals and generate quality leads.
Remuneration & Work Arrangement
- Earn up to RM150 for every qualified employer onboarded.
- Employer accounts will be reviewed and verified before commission payout.
- Employer registration is free and takes around 2 minutes.
- Flexible working arrangement (remote or field-based).
Requirements
- Malaysian citizen or currently residing in Malaysia.
- Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Experience in B2B sales, business development, recruitment, HR solutions, or client-facing roles is an advantage.
- Comfortable reaching out to new businesses and speaking with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a bonus).
