Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for the development of international key customers and relationship maintenance
- Responsible for organizing and solving problems of key customers
- Visit customers on the spot, understand their real needs and introduce the company's products into the customer supply chain
- Responsible for the customer's regional business model, risk assessment and negotiation of business conditions, to ensure payment recovery
Qualifications
- Preferably candidates with experience in the lithium battery industry.
- Preferred candidates should have cultural familiarity in the United States, India, or Europe, along with established international contacts. Experience selling industrial support products using a B2B sales model is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and related markets
- Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
- Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin
