Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for the development of international key customers and relationship maintenance
  • Responsible for organizing and solving problems of key customers
  • Visit customers on the spot, understand their real needs and introduce the company's products into the customer supply chain
  • Responsible for the customer's regional business model, risk assessment and negotiation of business conditions, to ensure payment recovery

Qualifications

  • Preferably candidates with experience in the lithium battery industry.
  • Preferred candidates should have cultural familiarity in the United States, India, or Europe, along with established international contacts. Experience selling industrial support products using a B2B sales model is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Understanding of lithium-ion battery technology and related markets
  • Ability to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
  • Fluent in English and preferably Mandarin
